Product Innovations
SWA-Mini Client
Customer discussions and requests were the basis for the development of our newest product: the SWA-Mini Client!
This Mini Client has the most important interfaces for small peripherals - besides a connection for LAN and scanner, up to three monitors can be connected simultaneously. Furthermore, all network-compatible devices such as EC screwdrivers, printers and many more can be connected.
The SWA-Mini Client is currently the cheapest solution on the market and adds a strong component to the ELAM family.

ELAM DOCUMENT DISPLAY
Information for employees such as drawings, work instructions or complete assembly instructions should be available at the workplace in a clearly visible manner. The current version status must be clearly visible. This is often not guaranteed in practice.
The consequences are:
-Documents disappear
-Safety instructions are hidden
-Instructions are not properly followed or are missing
-Quality collapse in production
Nowadays, documents can easily and inexpensively be transmitted electronically with our "ELAM document-display" and displayed on monitors in a clearly visible manner. This brings order to the documents of your production. The effort required for document management is considerably reduced after the introduction. It is simply equipped with our latest development, the SWA-Mini Client.
Documents can be stored directly on the hard disk of the SWA-Mini Client in PDF or JPEG format using a USB stick or uploaded via the company network. The display of the documents in the ELAM assistant can then be called up manually or by using a scanner. Information of up to 200 gigabytes can be stored. The SWA-Mini Client can be attached to the Vesa mount of the monitor via an adapter plate. An automatic remote call via the URL interface is also possible. Individual displays or entire display groups can be selected.

ELAM DIALOGUE GUIDE
Assembly processes are becoming increasingly complex. The trend goes towards decreasing batch sizes, increasing numbers of variants and increasingly shorter product life cycles among frequently changing personnel. With the ELAM DIALOGUE GUIDE, we offer you a cost-effective answer to these increasing requirements. The ELAM DIALOGUE GUIDE supports your employees in the assembly process and guides them interactively through the work steps. Errors are reduced and training times minimised. Even with untrained personnel, the quality requirements can be met. The ELAM DIALOG GUIDE is installed on our SWA-Mini Client (STAMA No. 3295). The package also includes a scanner to call up the variant and a touch monitor to display the assembly steps. The control of EC screwdrivers is possible.
Your advantages:
-Targeted provision of information for your employees
-Guided assembly, even with a high number of variants
-training times are minimized
-errors are reduced
-Increase of the working speed with simultaneous improvement of the process reliability
-Controlled screwdriving processes via OpenProtocol or WLAN HST screwdrivers

ELAM START
ELAM START - Your entry into assistance systems for industry 4.0
In the meantime, it is becoming increasingly difficult to find suitable employees for assembly. Medium-sized companies in particular are affected by the lack of skilled workers and the high fluctuation rate. The training process of new employees requires a lot of time and can lead to increasing error rates and quality losses. The introduction of new product lines or variants also requires trained personnel.
The ELAM START starter package facilitates your entry into assistance functions. Design safe process sequences yourself. With the ELAM assistant, you can select displays on the touchscreen monitor as well as pick-to-light compartment displays. With an ELAM START package, you can put together all the hardware components from the SWA family of devices according to your requirements and connect them easily. In addition, all process steps are documented in the ELAM web server - for complete traceability.
Your advantages:
-Digital and graphic-based work instructions
-Intuitive, fast and efficient work
-Satisfied and informed employees
-Controlled assembly/ quality assurance
-Complete traceability
-Fast assembly
-Execute and evaluate processes safely
-Increased efficiency at lower costs
-Productivity increase of up to 20
-error rates decrease; search times are eliminated
-Reduced training times
-Self-explanatory

Smart Cabinet Building - Digital solutions for switch cabinet construction
Smart Cabinet Building Initiative - Perform manual processes safely - with the ELAM system
Together with the companies Weidmüller, Komax and Zuken, Armbruster Engineering has founded the Smart Cabinet Building initiative to enable companies in the field of switch cabinet construction a guided and monitored assembly with the help of the ELAM system. By bringing together various technology leaders in the field of electrical cabinet building, we are able to offer and implement, for the first time, integrated solutions for all areas of electrical cabinet construction.
The aim of SMART CABINET BUILDING is to provide integrated solutions for current and future challenges in the area of cabinet building by networking technology and expertise across all process steps. This ranges from component selection to the pre-assembly of wire harnesses, equipment and housings, right through to assisted final assembly and testing prior to commissioning.
The base for networking the process steps is the “digital twin”, a complete digital description of the control panel and its components that can be used to drive the various process steps.
