Sales Account Manager (m/f/d) - Focus on automotive

Job description

We are looking for a Sales Account Manager (m/f/d) to strengthen our Sales Team of our Business Unit Energy Storage. You can expect varied and responsible tasks in a high-tech company.

Your responsibilities

- Maintenance and expansion of customer relations (OEMs as well as Tier-1) through regular customer visits
- Close cooperation with local and international sales colleagues
- Proposal preparation and follow-up as well as conducting contract negotiations
- Cooperation in the development and implementation of the sales strategy
- Representation of the company at fairs and conferences

Your profile

- Successfully completed technical studies or completed further training as a technical business economist or a comparable training
- Several years of professional experience in international sales in machine / plant construction and in the automotive industry (OEMs and Tier-1)
- Experience in the field of battery cells, modules an / or packs is an advantage
- Existing network in the area of automobile manufacturers and suppliers desirable
- Experience with large projects and the coordination of different suppliers
- Knowledge in handling a CRM system
- High demands on own sales success
- Personal and professional persuasiveness and negotiating skills
- Fluent in English and good knowledge of French would be an advantage
- An international willingness to travel completes your profile
