fischertechnik Training Factory 4.0 24V
The digitally motivated change in industrial production requires stronger networking and intelligent information at all levels.
With the fischertechnik Training Factory 4.0 24V, these digitization activities and industry 4.0 applications can be simulated, learned and applied on a small scale before they are implemented on a large scale. A highly flexible, modular and robust training, simulation and demonstration model which can be used in a very useful way.
The factory environment maps the complete process flows of a real production both physically and digitally in the cloud:
Delivery including incoming goods inspection with storage and retrieval; ordering process; warehousing and production processes; transport within production; sorting plant; final inspection with transfer to logistics.
It consists of a storage and retrieval station, vacuum suction pads, high-bay warehouse, multi-processing station with kiln, a sorting line with color recognition, a multi-sensor, a swiveling camera and can be connected to your own cloud and create your own dashboards.
The Training Factory 4.0 24V is controlled by a SPS (brand independent, not included) and has a ready written SPS program (as structured text, ST) included. The program is based on a Siemens S7-1500.
The dashboards included in Training Factory 4.0 allow the presentation of platforms from three different perspectives: customer, supplier and production view.
