The system leads through the assembly process step by step. A screen visually indicates the next step and the light sensor indicates the component which has to be used for this process step. Once the process step is completed, the touch screen displays the next assembly step. The system detects and notifies the worker if the wrong parts are used, thus preventing assembly errors.
