Commercial employee (m/f/d) in the internal sales department

Job Description:
- Entry, processing and follow-up of customer orders.
- Competent support of national and international customers
- Creation, maintenance and monitoring of framework agreements
- Delivery date management and tracking as well as delivery information
- Support of accounts receivable management as well as maintenance of customer master data

Qualifications and skills:
- Completed commercial training as industrial clerk or similar qualification
- Experience in internal sales, ideally in a technical trading company
- Customer orientation as well as negotiation and argumentation skills
- Experienced handling of an ERP system (Sage 100 advantageous) as well as the MS-Office package
- Good verbal expression, high communication and team skills
- Good knowledge of English is required, further language skills would be an advantage
- High ability to work in a team coupled with a structured, independent and reliable way of working
