Fulfillment of the sales and earnings targets developed together with the team and management
- Identification of potential new customers (e.g. from address databases, trade fair contacts,
marketing campaigns)
- Approaching customers to find out interest and make sales pitches
-Collection of exact customer requirements and compilation of a suitable one
Service offerings (product configuration)
-Presentation of new additional services
- Independent preparation of offers and their follow-up
-Price and discount negotiations with customers
-Customer support to answer technical questions
-Taking orders
- Recording customer complaints and forwarding them to the channels provided for this purpose
Company. Complaint follow-up to ensure problem resolution is found

- Participation in the preparation and implementation of trade fairs, exhibitions,
events etc.
- Participation in and attendance at customer events
- Participation in the development of strategic guidelines for advertising,
Sales promotion and PR (communication) and corporate identity
- Market analysis with regard to competitive price developments
-Customer analysis with the aim of permanent classification and systematic
new customer acquisition
-Analysis of alternative sales channels and their trends
-Advice/participation in determining the (list) prices and in the
Structure of the delivery and payment conditions (discounts, guarantees, bonuses,
evaluation and special conditions)
-Creation and evaluation of sales reports and maintenance of data in the CRM tool
