MOXMEC TECHNOLOGIES
MoxMec studies and offers modules for mechatronics - mainly vibrating bases with MoxMec® Technology, mechatronic cylinders, electromechanical arms and grippers, feeders and disantangle devices for springs, feeders for screws and rivets - intended for both machine and plant manufacturers and to their end customers.
The MoxMec constructive philosophy is aimed at guaranteeing high performance, reliability, reconfigurability and traceability of each module, to make customers gain competitiveness, as they save time in all phases: design, assembly, setting, maintenance, spare parts management.
Specifically, it is based on:
· Unique coding of each module, which guarantees the traceability of the piece; the unique code is also associated with the customization specifications, to facilitate order management: any spare parts are already calibrated and configured according to the customer's needs.
· Easier and faster design thanks to the complete cad models with all the necessary information, which makes life easier for designers.
· Immediate and precise assembly and setting, because each piece is designed and manufactured with reduced tolerances, avoiding costly adjustments and reducing the time for any replacements or maintenance, which can be performed by the operator, without the need for the intervention of a specialized technician.
