Formlabs Form 4L – Large-Format MSLA 3D Printing for Industrial Applications
The Formlabs Form 4L is a large-format MSLA 3D printer that combines high printing speed, precision, and a generous build volume for demanding industrial applications. Powered by Low Force Display™ (LFD) technology, it is ideal for producing prototypes, technical components, fixtures, small-batch production parts, and medical applications.
A wide range of standard, flexible, and engineering resins enables the production of precise and functional parts for industries such as automotive, mechanical engineering, medical technology, and consumer goods. Specially developed materials provide excellent detail resolution and enhanced mechanical properties.
With up to 5× faster printing speeds compared to previous models, the Form 4L enables the rapid production of even large parts. Automated resin handling, fast setup, and intuitive operation ensure an efficient workflow and reduced production times. With an XY resolution of 46 microns, the printer delivers precise and repeatable results.
For a seamless end-to-end workflow, the Form 4L can be combined with Form Wash L and Form Cure L for automated cleaning and post-curing. This allows printed parts to be efficiently post-processed and optimized for their specific application.
